After a week packed with work followed by a fun Halloween party in a 'haunted' house in Valletta, I decided to make the best of my Sunday with Fred and I attending the MaltaComics Pop Culture Expo 2014. I had never come to the event before and was pleasantly surprised by the range of products and comic categories held within the Mediterranean Conference Centre.

We paced through every hall way and peeped into every room. We saw artists' illustrations/ paintings/ digital work, as well as make up artists working on dramatic full body make up. We checked out the gaming hall with 100s of adults and children playing their favourite games altogether and we adored the amazing 3D printer at work and all the vintage comics and figurines.

Of course what would a Comics Expo be without Robert Picardo? You heard right, we chit-chatted with Robert, and Fred had a photo taken with him too! Have a look at the pictures below.

To end the day, Fred and I went to Fluid at Baystreet for a lovely, filling dinner. He ordered the Louisiana Closed Pizza and I went for the Prawn Ravioli in Prawn Sauce. I could not have been any happier with how my Sunday played out and went straight home and fell fast asleep.
