I have been in need of a stroll in nature for a long while now and there was no better way to do this than to wander through one of Malta's greenest areas - Buskett. Although Malta is a small island, in which many people run in small circles knowing one another and visiting similar places over and over, it is also full of spectacular surprises in its hidden depths. Wonderful secluded beaches, rural palaces and most importantly - the countryside, are all found within the Maltese Islands.
As Fred and I reached the farthest and highest point possible during our hike, all I kept thinking to myself was : "I don't feel like I'm on a Mediterranean island anymore...", yet I definitely was and I would like to share the photos taken on my thoroughly-enjoyed, four-hour walk in the magical woodlands that everyone should visit at least once in their life.
Stay tuned for my upcoming posts about my first holiday destination this year, shopping hauls and outfits!
